Luxury Sales Person at Oliver Smith Jeweler

Location: Scottsdale Fashion Square

Oliver Smith Jeweler has been a staple in Scottsdale for 43 years, hand-crafting beautiful jewelry and selling new and pre-owned watches. With a client-first centric approach, Oliver and team have created an inviting and collaborative culture for both clients and the team. Position Details: At the Panerai and Oliver Smith Boutiques, we focus on creating a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate should prioritize creating lasting customer relationships while hitting personal and store monthly goals. You will have knowledge of daily Boutique Operations and will work with the Boutique Team daily to optimize performance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals as an individual and as a team.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products.
  • Collaborate directly with Panerai to uphold the standards of the brand and manage our ongoing relationship.
  • Support after-sales clients with helpful solutions in accordance with brand values.
  • Offer advice to clients on general trends in the luxury watch market.
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury sales preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store goals.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintains a highly motivated and positive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail needed.
