About The Role:
In this role you will handle the performance of a national equity multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in property operations, construction, and financial performance with an emphasis on multifamily assets. You will collaborate with our operating partners, internal team, borrowers, sponsors, clients, contractors, attorneys, title companies, architects, brokers, appraisers, and other deal-related parties.
What You'll Do:
We provide direct support to the Asset Managers for Private Equity portfolio.
Prepare well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and projections for each investment to improve long term value.
Complete performance reports to investors on a quarterly basis and present results directly to the client.
Mentor members of the team to train, develop for peek performance.
Financial reporting and analysis to supervise property performance.
Loan compliance and hedging risk based on property’s performance
Site Visits/ Travel – 20%
Special projects as needed.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university; five or more years of experience with underwriting or asset management of commercial real estate; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skilled at calculating sophisticated financial figures and advanced financial analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Sophisticated skill in Excel strong preferred.
Effective presenter with client service skills.
Knowledge of private equity multifamily asset management strongly preferred.
