General Duties And Responsibilities

  • Wine and Sake program development and maintenance
  • Cost & Inventory management
  • General Beverage Purchasing
  • Ordering, receiving and restocking wine inventory.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate wine and sake lists.
  • Staff Education
  • On Floor Sales, creating relationship with guests and ensuring the highest service standards.
  • Follow and adhere to all health code and federal/state liquor control regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 years prior experience as Sommelier, Court of Master or WSET Level III Certificate preferred.
  • Knowledge of international wine regions and classic cocktails
  • Ability to carry up to 30lbs.

Due to the nature of our business, this position is required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.This position reports directly to the General Manager & Director of Operations Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Salary is based on service charge, average $20-$50 an hour.
