Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: $42-$48 per hour based on experience

Contract role for 15 weeks

Please note, this is a hybrid opportunity. Interested candidates must be able to report to the job site on Tuesdays and Thursdays. ***

What’s a typical day as a Web Content Specialist ? You’ll be:

• Attending working sessions to identify, plan, prioritize, and analyze needs alongside key stakeholders.

• Collaborating with UX designers, developers, and digital strategists to execute effective digital experience creation.

• Using custom layouts and components to create new pages that support website migration objectives.

• Editing existing content for accuracy, style standards, and digital best practices.

• Following processes and procedures for publishing and development.

• Optimizing content for search engines and enhancing user experience.

• Adding tagging to media and document library to empower targeted digital experiences.

• Testing digital experiences and validating content quality and expected behavior.

• Validating CMS component functionality and reporting issues.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree.

• Have Drupal layout builder publishing experience.

• Have testing and quality assurance (QA) experience.

• Have experience working in an agile product-led environment.

• Have a basic understanding of HTML.

• Have a background in CX/UX/Design Thinking.

• Have knowledge of the health care market (market dynamics, regulations).

• Have experience working with IT, Product, and/or Customer service teams.

• Have a minimum of 1 year in digital and/or content-related roles (strategist, copywriter, etc.).

• Have demonstrated experience writing, editing, and/or publishing consumer content for varied forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile).

• Have demonstrated experience and passion for content strategy and digital landscape.

• Have knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends.

• Have experience working with a variety of content management systems (CMS) and workflow tools.

• Have awareness of taxonomy, SEO, and metadata best practices and strategy.

• Have a strong interest in, or knowledge of, how health care organizations use content strategy and customer empathy to engage with their consumers.

• Have a results-oriented approach driven by organization and consumer goals.
